Why operators switch

What a switch changes.

Your hardware, not theirs.

Run service on supported iPads or Android devices. Check compatibility of your existing printers, drawers and payment hardware before switching.

One platform, one login.

POS, reservations, QR order & pay, KDS, scheduling, stock, loyalty, kiosk. One platform and one login. Reservations, staff scheduling, stock and marketing are separately priced add-ons; see our pricing page.

Self-serve start.

Sign up, snap a photo of your menu, and start taking orders. No installation appointment or hardware shipment needed. Use a supported phone, with a compatible reader for card payments. Setup time depends on your menu and hardware.

Who it's for

Built for independent restaurants.

TablePort is built for you if you...

  • Want one platform that covers POS, reservations, KDS, stock, and loyalty on one bill.
  • Want to reuse compatible iPads, printers and drawers after a setup check.
  • Need reservations and house accounts in the same system as the POS.
  • Have unique operations and want direct access to the development team for custom requests.
  • Are UK-based and want UK payments and UK support hours.

If you run a large chain and want payroll from the same vendor as your POS, Toast lists payroll as part of its UK offering. For independent restaurants and small groups, start the free trial and compare.

Toast lists reservations and waitlist (Toast Tables) among its products, but does not publish UK prices for them; check availability and cost with Toast. On TablePort, reservations, staff scheduling and stock management are separately priced add-ons (see our pricing page; prices are ex VAT per location per month), and QR order and pay is part of the platform.

TablePort is month to month, cancel any time, with no cancellation fees. If you run both systems in parallel, you can continue with Toast if TablePort doesn't meet your needs, subject to your Toast contract terms.

Yes. Unlimited venues with unified management, shared customer databases, shared menus, and location-specific customisation on the same month-to-month terms.

Toast's UK site lists payroll and 65+ integration partners. If built-in payroll from your POS vendor is critical, TablePort does not offer it today. TablePort covers orders, reservations, kitchen, payments, inventory and loyalty in one platform; compare both against your own requirements.
