AI for restaurantsAI where it earns
its keep. Nowhere else.

Phone assistance, a menu drafted from a photo and supplier invoices read for you. Review extracted results and choose the workflows that fit your restaurant.

What changes

What changes when AI stops being a feature.

Invoices stop piling up.

Photograph a supplier invoice. TablePort saves the invoice and extracted lines for you to check, correct and approve.

Fewer missed calls.

When the team is busy, the phone assistant takes new bookings and changes, and passes anything unusual to the host stand.

Weekly stock costs, together.

The Stock add-on has a weekly cost email built from sales, recipes and supplier prices. It is an analytics digest, not an AI-written summary. Sending depends on available data and email preferences.

Where it works

The output, in the surface you already use.

Menu setup

A photo of your menu. A draft to edit.

Extract items, prices, categories and modifiers from a menu photo, then review them before importing. Check allergen information against your recipes before publishing it.

Menu translation

Your menu in your guests' languages.

Translations are drafts that keep dish names like Tiramisu as they are. Check the wording, then publish.

Ask your own AI

Connect an assistant to your account.

Ask an MCP-capable AI assistant questions about your restaurant. Whether a change needs approval depends on the connection, its permissions and the action. Some authorised changes can run without a separate approval prompt.

Phone

The phone assistant answers.

It checks live availability, takes and changes bookings, and hands anything tricky to your team.

Reviews

Reviews, summarised.

Reviews are summarised into the themes guests keep mentioning, so you can see what to fix or keep.

Onboarding

Setup with an AI copilot.

Describe your restaurant and the copilot drafts your floor and service times for you to review. Nothing goes live until you confirm it.

Phone assistance, menu extraction, supplier invoice extraction, menu translation and review summaries. The weekly stock cost email is a separate analytics digest associated with the Stock add-on.

The phone assistant answers first. It can check availability, take and change bookings and answer common questions, and it passes anything unusual to your team. You decide what it is allowed to do.

The invoice and extracted lines are saved first. Check and correct the results before approving the invoice, especially when the photo is unclear.

It depends on the workflow. Menu extraction has a separate import step. Invoice records and extracted lines are saved before you review and approve them. A connected assistant may queue a change for approval or execute it with its existing permissions; check the connection and action before using it.

Connect an MCP-capable assistant to your TablePort account and sign in with the account you already use. You can then ask it questions about your restaurant. You can disconnect it from your console at any time.

We use hosted AI providers to process your data on your behalf, and your data stays tied to your business. Ask us for the specifics for your setup, or see our privacy policy.

Pro includes sales insights and advanced reports. Stock management is a separately priced add-on, and the weekly stock cost email requires an active Stock licence. The phone assistant is quoted separately. Check the pricing page and confirm the features and usage charges for your setup.
